Q: I don't have a You Tube Account, How can I see the MYJoy Layer after Layer Video?

A: We have attached the video here for your viewing pleasure, its at the bottom of the page.

Q: How often is your company going to update the MYJoy videos?

A: We are constantly working toward producing better candles and fragrances, and will release new videos when new  products enter  the market.

Q: We really like your videos and want to know if we can copy them?

A: Anyone can copy our videos and share them. One just has to send a link from our website or have a You Tube account (use share video), or send a link in an email. Please do not copy for purposes of using on websites that are of an adult nature. We will report this to our web-server and have the ip block re-directed to ICANN and the IP blocked.

Q: We do not have an HD  monitor and the video comes across in blurred pixels.

A: The videos are made using HD cameras and HD video software. Our programmers have uploaded video capture and compressed files to ensure that any monitor can play these videos  with 360 through 1080i. In You Tube, we have set a button for as low as 360i and as high as 1080ip for HD.

Q: What kind of wax is used in your candles?

A. We use a special blend of wax that MYJoy Candle Company developed with a US based company. These blended waxes were designed to "lock" in the essence of molecules and will retain their true-to-life core value while not lit.  Once lit, the essential and fragrance oils will diffuse into the air, layer after layer.

Q: Does your company use one hundred percent organic soy bean wax in your candles?

A: By the nature of the grown soy; the soy itself is organic. The word "organic" denotes that it has carbon chains in it. However, we do add a stabilizing property in our candles and they are 100 percent soy bean candles.

Q: Why are the soybean candles more than the regular proprietary blended wax candles?

A: Because soybean has a very strong carbon chain in its molecular structure, we have to use fragrances specific to soybean wax. Soybean candles burn at a lower temperature and do not change the chemical properties of the carbon bonds; but do change the attachment of molecules to the carbon bonds. The oils that are used, bond at a lower temperature and require more processing and less heat attachment.  Thereby increasing the refinement process and cost associated with perfume oils.

Q: Does your company sell clear glass container candles?

A: No, we do not sell clear glass container candles. We have done extensive testing with many containers before choosing the container that we use now. Clear glass containers radiate heat to the outside of  the container whereas the frosted container projects the heat back into the candle. Clear glass containers throw light across and down whereas the light in a frosted glass throws the light up and across.  Finally, many clear glass containers have poor glass adhesion properties.

Q: Does your company use labels on the side of your candles?

A: No, we sell a product that provides an experience. In part, this experience is in light. The labels decrease the light throw and increase heat absorption.  Labels such as plastic can heat up and melt causing damage to customer property. Acid washed logos and labels cause light refraction and throw light down thereby decreasing the experience.

A: We have been shipping candles for the past 4 years. We use USPS and FedEx ground. We ship your candles FREE  when you open an account with us (First Order). After your first purchase, continued free shipping will be applied to all orders of $35.00 or more.

Q: How long after we sign up for a wholesale account will we have access to use it?

A:  After receiving your application via our email link we will set up your account within 24 hours. We just need your tax ID number or your resale permit number.

Q: How do we order candles and or re-order candles?

A:  After setting up your account, you can log into the account via our website and order candles wholesale. Your account will log you into our wholesale division and will ship from our wholesale division. After placing the order, expect to see your order at your location with in 2-3 business days. When you want to re-order your candles, just log into your wholesale account and place order, its that simple.  For orders over 100 pounds, please contact us for shipment price.

Q:  We really like your candle box and want to know about the gold foiled flames?

A: The gold foiled flames represent a reflective mirror. We wanted to create a starting point of relaxation. The first part of relaxation is the ability to self reflect. In addition, the flames represent the dance of two souls. The gold foil is reflective of two romantically involved people in the dance of love. The swirl in our candles represents the Roman column. It is said that the Romans were the first to make candles.
